STEP BY STEP Installation

• Insert the coil washer through the outside surface

• The coil washer will pass through the non-accessible side of the surface

• Tightening the fastener will compress the coils to create a new washer

• Release the tool
• The threaded fastener is now installed an ready for application ​

The key component of the Twister Fastener is its coil washer design. The flat heli-coil wire allows access through a half inch drilled hole by spiraling or threading through the hole and once completely on the other side of the application, the coiled flat wire will compress down tight forming a washer like support when tightened against the back of a surface being installed.
